Laddu is a popular sweet in India. You'll come across different kinds of laddus in varying sizes and shapes from different parts of the country. I like all versions of it:) However, I prefer to make laddu which is more of a healthier version at home. This is my experiment on a healthier version of laddu which incorporates different flours and shredded coconut. I have used jaggery/brown sugar for sweetness and a relatively small amount of ghee/clarified butter for moist laddus.

15-20 Minutes
