I grew up in Kerala, the southern most state of India, which is called the land of coconut and spices. So, coconut and spices are the indispensable ingredients of our food. I am passionate about cooking and always like to try new recipes. I opened up this e-Kitchen to share my favorite and experimental recipes which can either be purely traditional or can be a fusion of recipes from different parts of the Country. Growing up in a vegetarian family, most of my recipes are purely vegetarian.
After settling in the USA and blending into this Country's food culture, I got excited about baking. I borrow baking ideas from different cookbooks, blogs and TV shows, and make attempts to do an east-west baking fusion recipes. I am also sharing some of the successful baking recipes in this blog.
