Easy Mango Cashew Ice Cream

Ice cream is everybody's favorite. Who doesn't love ice cream? I never thought I could make a smooth and creamy ice cream at home with only very few ingredients and without an ice cream maker. Yes, you read it right...No ice cream maker is needed to make this frozen treat. The best thing about this recipe is you can add your choice of ingredients to make it in a way that you like. Mangoes are one of my all time favorite fruit, so thought of giving it a try with yummy mangoes. It's super easy and it wont take you more than 15 minutes, if you have your ingredients ready. Once you try this recipe, I am sure you won't even think of store bought ice cream.

The usual preparation of the cake is with all purpose flour, white sugar and egg. Here is my try on vettu cake with healthier ingredients.

However, in this experimental healthy version,I am using whole wheat flour and dark brown sugar. This is a simple recipe, so, it's hard to go wrong even in the first try!!!
