
Ice cream is everybody's favorite. Who doesn't love ice cream? I never thought I could make a smooth and creamy ice cream at home with only very few ingredients and without an ice cream maker. Yes, you read it right...No ice cream maker is needed to make this frozen treat. The best thing about this recipe is you can add your choice of ingredients to make it in a way that you like. Mangoes are one of my all time favorite fruit, so thought of giving it a try with yummy mangoes. It's super easy and it wont take you more than 15 minutes, if you have your ingredients ready. Once you try this recipe, I am sure you won't even think of store bought ice cream.

What all you'll need?
- Heavy Whipping Cream - 2 cups
- Condensed Milk - 1 Tin
- Mango Pulp - 1 cup
- Cashew nuts - 1/2 cup
Let's cook it!!
- Add cold heavy whipping cream to a bowl and whip it until it forms into stiff peaks.
- Mix condensed milk, cashew nuts and mango pulp together.
- Fold in the whipped cream to the condensed milk, mango and cashew mixture.
- Transfer it to a container and freeze it for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Delicious mango cashew ice cream is ready to enjoy.
