This is an Indian fast food kind of dry dish. It goes well with rice, roti,naan or tortilla. It can also be used as stuffing for a bread sandwich.

What all you'll need?
- Bell pepper(Yellow, Green, Red) - 1 cup diced vertically into small bite size pieces
- Onion - 1 medium diced vertically into small bite size pieces
- Tomato - 2 medium diced vertically into small bite size pieces
- Green Chili - 2 sliced into small pieces
- Ginger - 1" piece sliced vertically into small pieces
- Garlic - 2-3 pods sliced vertically into small pieces
- Tomato Sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Soya Sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Chili Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin Seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Oil - 2 tablespoon
- Cilantro - A bunch chopped into small pieces
- Salt - To taste
Use red onion if possible because it gives a nice color and adds taste to the dish.
Let's cook it!!
- Heat a pan and add the oil. Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and wait for it to splutter. Add the garlic, ginger and green chili and saute for a minute.
- Add the onion and salt to the mixture and saute it until the onion turns light brown in color. Add the chopped tomato, tomato sauce and soya sauce at this time and saute them well until the tomatoes turn mushy.
- To this add the pepper and mix it well. Add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder to the stir fry and saute them well for another couple of minutes until the peppers are soft and cooked well.
- Turn off the stove and garnish it with cilantro.
