What all you'll need?
- Tender Coconut - 1 cup cut into small pieces
- Chilled Milk - 1 cup
- Cashew nut - 3 tablespoon
- Cardamom Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 1/2 cup to soak the cashew
- Sugar - 2 teaspoon or to taste
Let's cook it!!
- Soak the cashew in water for about half an hour. Once its soaked, drain the water from the cashew nut and keep it aside.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Transfer it to a glass and serve it cold. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to make it a sweet treat.
