Tender Coconut Milk Shake


This is a perfect refreshing drink to cool you off on a sunny warm day. It's loaded with proteins, vitamins and nutrients. The magic of tender coconut will cool your body temperature.

What all you'll need?

  • Tender Coconut - 1 cup cut into small pieces
  • Chilled Milk - 1 cup
  • Cashew nut - 3 tablespoon
  • Cardamom Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Water - 1/2 cup to soak the cashew
  • Sugar - 2 teaspoon or to taste


Let's cook it!!

  1. Soak the cashew in water for about half an hour. Once its soaked, drain the water from the cashew nut and keep it aside.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer it to a glass and serve it cold. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to make it a sweet treat.
