- Cilantro - A bunch chopped
- Grated Coconut - 3 tablespoon
- Green Chili - 1-2 depends on how hot your taste buds can handle
- Plain Yogurt/curd - 1 cup
- Shallots/Small Onion chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - as required
