Cilantro Chutney/Raitha

Cilantro Chutney/Raitha goes well with vegetable rice, roti and it can even be used for making tasty bread sandwiches. The preparation is so simple that you can make it it any time you want..

What all you'll need?

  • Cilantro - A bunch chopped
  • Grated Coconut - 3 tablespoon
  • Green Chili - 1-2 depends on how hot your taste buds can handle
  • Plain Yogurt/curd - 1 cup
  • Shallots/Small Onion chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - as required

Let's cook it!!

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender/grinder and blend everything together.
  2. Transfer it to a serving bowl.
Cilantro Chutney/Raitha is ready to be served with veggie rice, roti, biriyani or fried rice.
